Our 4 steps on booking with Croyde Holidays

Step 1


Each cottage shows live current availability (Red = Booked and Green = Available) All tariffs are inclusive of linen, heating, electricity, gas and water.

Some cottages have optional extras that can be added to your booking at anytime.

To book: Select check in and check out dates, click BOOK and follow the instructions. You will receive an email to confirm your booking has been accepted. Or contact us directly to arrange the booking on your behalf.

Booking fee of £30 applies. Our booking system is secure and your information will never be shared to a third party.

Step 2


Non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental price (£) is required within 2 working days.

Full payment required for bookings made within 8 weeks of the holiday commencing (ie: last minute)

Payment accepted; bank transfer, Paypal, Or Via our Paypal secure Credit* or Debit card system..

Step 3


Holiday balance is payable 8 weeks prior to the holiday start date.

NOTE: Failure to pay on time could result in the booking being cancelled.

Step 4


Property arrival information will be emailed to you - ie; Keycodes, Property manager details, Check in and out times, conditions and directions to your holiday property.

Who are we /why choose us?
Croyde holidays are a small family run business who has been involved in the holiday industry for 14 years+. Observing booking trends, listening to what the public want and need from a holiday. We have worked closely with property owners, managers, cleaning teams and maintenance providers to find a successful and reliable management team. We first established ourselves in 2011 and pride ourselves in being a small, manageable, friendly and effective business to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

How can I book a property and do you accept credit cards?
Follow our 4 easy online booking steps provided above. Payment can be made securely online using our Paypal powered credit and debit card system (Surcharge applies) or by direct bank transfer. 

What time can I arrive at the property?
Most of our holiday cottages are accessable after 4pm the day your holiday commences and ends 10am on the day of departure.

Can I bring my pet (s)?
Some of our properties allow well behaved dogs which is identified on the cottages page. Please note; There is a small charge. 

Can I book a short break?
Most of Croyde Holidays properties are available for short breaks out of peak season and can start on any desired day of the week and are flexible. Out of season short breaks can be booked in advance.
During peak season short breaks are not available unless at very short notice or subject to the owners approval. Contact us for more details on short breaks, or why not see what special offers we have last minute.

Do I need to bring my own bed linen / Towels
All Croyde Holiday properties are inclusive of bed linen, supply tea towels and bathmats. Most properties do not include towels unless clearly indicated. 

Do I need to bring a travel cot, high chair or guest bed?
Most of the properties have travel cots, high chairs and guest beds. some are provided for a small additional charge. Please check the optional extras section or speak to an advisor for each cottages arrangements. 

Where do I get the keys to the property?
The keys are usually held inside a secure key safe attached to the cottage, operated by a series of digits which will be disclosed to you upon full receipt of your balance prior to your holiday.

How do I find my property?
Upon full payment of your balance we will ensure you have full detailed instructions to the front door of your chosen holiday home. Postcode will also be given encase you wish to use Sat Nav.

What if our party has an allergy to dogs or feathers?

If you require a property which pets NEVER enter for allergy reasons, Please don't assume owners who don't accept dogs will never allow a dog (guide dogs) in the property. Similarly, if anyone in your party suffers from allergies to feathers or other materials, please let us know when booking so that we can guide you towards an appropriate property for your requirements. 


What if there are any problems during my stay?
All properties have their own property manager (on behalf of the owner) who is on call during your stay to resolve any issues that may arise. You can also contact us via admin@croydeholidays.info.

Croyde Holidays provide marketing material and facilitates the booking on behalf of the owner. The owner is responsible for keeping the holiday cottage in the condition described in the Croyde Holidays marketing material.
