North Devon's "Golden Coastline" and the beautiful, sandy beaches of Saunton Sands, Croyde, Putsborough and Woolacombe are only a few miles away. Braunton has a thriving surf scene and appeals to all generations with trendy cafes, boutique style shops, museums, restaurants and pubs - accessible in only a few minutes straight into the heart of the village - You definitely have the best of both worlds!

For music lovers, a DAB radio - for wine lovers, a wine rack - and a large table, extendable to eight, makes a fantastic space for entertaining, with bifold doors opening onto the terrace and southerly views over the rooftops.
A bespoke open plan white circular staircase presides over the diner leading upstairs.

Bifold doors lead onto the slate terrace, enclosed with a glass wall, large outdoor table and chairs. Steps take you down to the wrap around sloped garden, fully enclosed with mature shrubs, plum and pear trees, and mainly laid to lawn.
Decked area adjacent to the lawn ensures you fully enjoy chasing those final rays at the end of another amazing day. Coal Weber BBQ spells out relaxed evenings enjoying the night time view and twinkling lights of Appledore and Instow.
Quiet patio and outdoor shower. Opposite the house and the private parking area is a secure garage with storage for either your car or bikes, surfboards, buckets and spades and hanging space for wetsuits.
Please note that 'Rooftops', and its parking, is accessed by a narrow lane which is suitable for medium sized cars or large cars with competent drivers. Those travelling in larger vehicles may wish to avoid using this access and park slightly further away from the house on one of the quiet public roads nearby.
