Situated in a sought after quiet part of Braunton, perfectly located for trips to Saunton and Croyde beach. Sandbanks has been fully renovated to provide a calming seaside retreat for a family holiday including a spacious garden.


Every inch the stylish retreat, Sandbanks is a contemporary two bedroom bungalow with little touches of luxury throughout - perfect for that special escape. Designed with indulgence in mind, the open plan living, kitchen and dining area open out onto the raised terrace, so you can enjoy quiet evenings on the sofa and lazy days enjoying the terrace.

Set in a peaceful area tucked away on the Saunton side of Braunton, Sandbanks is within easy reach of the village just a short walk of ten minutes or so. There is a regular bus service just moments away with direct links to Saunton beach,  Croyde, Barnstaple and Woolacombe for plenty of sightseeing opportunities. 


Entrance porch for coats and boots.

Bright and airy lounge with a pale blue 2 seater sofa, matching arm chairs and footstall with colourful accent cushions. A 50'' wall mounted LCD Smart TV with sound bar, DVD player, Netflix enabled and basic sky package. Grey laminate flooring and a white storage unit complete this contemporary chic feel. 

The open plan kitchen has a built in oven, hob, extractor, tall fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. Nestled to the side is a white circular dining table with grey chairs. 

  • Master bedroom - Double bed, mirror, 2 white matching bedside tables, chest of drawers and occasional chair.
  • Bedroom Two -  Twin beds (Kingsize upon request) 2 white bedside tables, chest of drawers and mirror.

The family bathroom comprises of a wc, washbashin, bath and overhead rain shower with hose attachment.


French patio doors from the lounge lead onto the decking area, The enclosed garden is laid to lawn with a storage shed for surfgear. Patio furniture and BBQ is provided.

Bright and tidy bungalow in a quiet and well-positioned part of Braunton.

Decor was attractive, and we found there was a great supply of crockery, cutlery and ‘extras’ in terms of things like bin bags, clingfilm, washing tablets etc. The garden is fully fenced and dog proof, ample parking for two cars - and the property is excellent for all of north Devon’s best attractions!
