This spacious detached three bedroom cottage has a contemporary design twist whilst retaining its heritage character. It's the kind of home from home that's makes heading back from the beach as much fun as the rest of the day, you'll have the use of the warming log burner and the private bubbling hot tub* making this cottage a little more special.

If you're keen to make the most of the setting and dine al fresco during your holiday, you'll find a table and chairs to make it easy to tuck into those family feasts in the fresh air while the family relax. Tucked away your positioning could not be any greater, as you are in the heart of the village without being disturbed from the hustle and bustle. Fancy a trip to croyde beach, it is a handy 10 minute walk from the cottage giving you the best of both worlds.

Snug room with a cosy woodburner, LCD TV with DVD player, double sofa bed and circular dining table seating 4 with views overlooking the front garden. 

Spacious farmhouse styled kitchen with large wooden dining table with bench seating, gas Aga, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Fully equipped with all the cooking utensils needed for your stay.

Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and separate bathroom with shower enclosure, toilet and washbasin

Holiday Cottages with Hot Tubs* - Management

For us to comply with Health & Safety regulations all hot tubs are emptied, sanitised and re-filled with fresh water and chemicals before the commencement of every new holiday. Therefore, we are unable to provide any guarantees that the hot tub will be up to full working temperature until the morning after your arrival. 

Where possible our service providers will endeavour to prepare your hot tub in advance, Thank you.

The property was lovely & spacious, making it ideal for a break with family/friends & dog. Lovely convenient location in Croyde, with short walk to shops & beach, and within easy distance of local towns, with regular bus service. Property manager was very helpful & we had a wonderful stay despite the storms.

What a great location, along with such a great place for my whole family. This was truly a fantastic place to stay for the whole family with plenty on room and bar far one of the best locations in the whole of the bay
