The wonderful open plan kitchen and dining area is not only the ideal place for the cook of the party to show off their skills but it is also great for your family to get together over a homemade meal or two. Even though the house is perfect to be social, both bedrooms have en suites and still allow you all to have both privacy and space.

1st FLOOR 

Open plan Lounge/kitchen and dining space; large corner sofa with a free standing wood burner, selection of books, games, DVD's. Wall mounted large LCD TV with freeview, Playstation console, DVD Player and a CD Player. 

Well equipped kitchen, Oven, Hob, under counter fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave and a Coffee Machine. All of the crockery, cutlery and glassware you would expect and a display cabinet for teapot, cups & saucers. Extendable wooden dining table with seating for 6 to the side. Valuted ceiling with two large velux windows flood the living area with light.

Additional entrance door for access on the lane that runs alongside the property for additional off road parking.

  • Master Bedroom - Double bedroom, chest of drawers, LCD TV, wardrobe and full length mirror. Ensuite with shower, wall mounted mirror, washbasin and wc. 

OUTSIDE SPACE

Gravelled parking area for one car or two very small ones. Alongside a small enclosed decked country garden, BBQ, patio table and chairs just right for that Barbecue in the evening. Of course if you would rather not cook then you are within walking distance to two of the finest pubs in the area!

Near to the cottage is a cut through to access a field which is ideal for walking a dog or two.

Thank you - Great cottage!

Great base for visiting local beaches especially Putsborough with the free parking pass. Local pubs good and both within walking distance. Limited space outside for drinks in the evening but inside well able to cope with entertaining if the weather was poor.

well maintained and the cottage was very clean and well equipped.

We were extremely satisfied with the property and our holiday experience. We received very prompt and efficient service from the agents. The Stables is a beautiful property that is full of character and and style. It provides comfortable, well equipped accommodation and has lots of extra features that add to the pleasure of staying there. Georgeham is a lovely village and makes an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area, especially the amazing beaches and country walks.
