Internally; Enjoy four lovely bedrooms (Two benefitting from sea views) and beach themed styled living with a cozy log burner. Externally; Lazy around soaking up the sea breeze on the decking area with sheltered glass screen and take in those splendid 180 degree views of the beach, Baggy Point and toward Lundy Island.

Stables is set in one of the most desirable areas of Croyde with the Beach on your doorstep. Whether you want to have a family day on the beach or try your hand at surfing, you really couldn't be in a better position. The village is a short walk away with pubs and cafes to suit every taste, perfect for those lazy evenings where you don't feel like cooking. 

PROPERTY

Kitchen diner with a dual oven/grill, touch sensor hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine. Good supply of crockery, cutlery and kitchenware along with BBQ tools. Large wooden oval table with bench seating nestles infront of the picture window overlooking the beach. 

Lounge with a large Smart LCD TV (surround sound) Netflix (subject to guest subscription)  DVD player, music system and Wifi. Brickwork fireplace with a modern log burner for cosy nights in, 2 large sofas, coffee table footstall, 2 tub chairs and French doors opening onto a small balcony terrace seating area for enjoying the wonderful views of Croyde Beach. 

Shower room with large walk in shower, wc, washbasin, heated towel rail, wall mounted mirror and vanity unit. 

  • Bedroom Four  - Twin beds and is located on the ground floor (great for limited mobility). Freestanding full length mirror, bedside table and wooden wardrobe. 

Hallway cupboard with drying rack and other essentials. 

1ST FLOOR

  • Master Bedroom - Superkingsize bed with a wonderful beach view! Bedside tables, small wardrobe, full length mirror and 2 tub chairs for enjoying peaceful moments.
  • Bedroom Two - kingsize bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, full length mirror and hanging hooks. Enjoy lazy mornings in bed with a spectacular view of the beach at your feet!
  • Bedroom Three - Twin beds, chest of drawers with TV and a bedside unit. 

Family bathroom replaced in 2018; Bath with shower over, wc, washbasin, heated towel rail, wall mounted mirror and storage. 

OUTSIDE SPACE

Stables has an impressive private decking area with glass paneling, wooden seating, tables and a brick-built BBQ. Enjoy the lovely landscaped grassed garden and unrivaled views of Croyde beach at 180 degrees. Outside tap and To the rear of the house is a shady area with hanging space for wetsuits and a small cupboard houses a tumble dryer.

A view to die for!

What a place, simply beautiful. Offers a great feeling away from it all. Well equipped, relaxed, comfortable house. Very accessible, easy parking, ideal for the beach and walking. A view to die for! Rachel was really helpful in amending our original booking and got us out of a fix.

Fabulous place to stay modern but very homely spotlessly clean and the views are spectacular. Within very short walking distance to the beach and Croyde village- local pubs and cafes- so no need to keep getting in the car. Our host Vicki was very prompt in replying to our texts before arrival and during our stay which was very helpful. We had a very relaxing short break. Highly recommended.
