Both these properties are on the same grounds next to one another and are set in one of the most desirable areas of Croyde with the Beach on your doorstep. Whether you want to have a family day on the beach or try your hand at surfing, you really couldn't be in a better position. The village is a short walk away with pubs and cafes to suit every taste, perfect for those lazy evenings where you don't feel like cooking.

Lounge with and a large screen TV (with surround sound) for watching TV/DVD's and a sound system for listening to music. large sofa and dining table to comfortably seat 4. 

  • master bedroom - Kingsize bed on a mezzanine floor with a vaulted low head height apex ceiling, this creative use of space provides a lovely hideaway for couples to relax, 2 bedside glass tables, velux window, chair and chest of drawers.

  • Bedroom Two  - Twin Oak beds, bed side table, wardrobe and chest of drawers enjoying sea glimpses of Croyde beach. 

Family bathroom with a double cubicle shower with rain shower head, wc, washbasin, double ended bath and a storage cabinet. 


Patio section with patio furniture, separate private circular decking area with mood lighting and BBQ enjoying spectacular unrivalled views of Croyde Beach. There is also grass lawn.

Large modern kitchen diner with a dual oven/grill, touch sensor hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. A good supply of crockery, cutlery and kitchenware along with BBQ tools. A large wooden oval table with bench seating for 8 nestles infront of the picture window overlooking the beach. 

Lounge with a large LCD TV (surround sound) DVD player, music system and Wifi. Brickwork fireplace with a modern log burner for cosy nights in, 2 large brown sofas, coffee table footstall, 2 tub chairs and French doors opening onto a small balcony terrace seating area for enjoying the wonderful views of Croyde Beach. 

Shower room with large walk in shower, wc, washbasin, heated towel rail, wall mounted mirror and purple vanity storage unit. 

  • Bedroom Four  - Twin beds and is located on the ground floor (great for limited mobility). Freestanding full length mirror, bedside table and wooden wardrobe. 

Hallway cupboard with drying rack and other essentials. 


  • Master Bedroom - Superkingsize bed with a wonderful beach view! Bedside tables, small wardrobe, full length mirror and 2 tub chairs for enjoying peaceful moments.
  • Bedroom Two - kingsize bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, full length mirror and hanging hooks. Enjoy lazy mornings in bed with a spectacular view of the beach at your feet!
  • Bedroom Three - Twin beds, chest of drawers with TV and a bedside unit. 

Family bathroom with a white suite; large corner shower, wc, washbasin, heated towel rail, wall mounted mirror and storage. 


Stables has an impressive private decking area with glass paneling, wooden seating, tables and a brick-built BBQ. Enjoy the lovely landscaped grassed garden and unrivaled views of Croyde beach at 180 degrees. Outside tap and To the rear of the house is a shady area with hanging space for wetsuits and a small cupboard houses a tumble dryer.

We were a group consisting of a family of 5 (+ grandmother) a family of four and a couple and the combined accommodation suited us brilliantly. Both of the properties are very well presented and equipped and everyone of us commented on how comfortable the homes were. However, by far and away the star feature of this property is the position and view over Croyde Bay. It is absolutely spectacular looking over the beach and out to sea with the sun setting directly at sea from the patio. W have stayed in Croyde every year for the last 9 years and this was by the far the best time that we have ever had and I am sure we will be back here again in the future. I'm not sure there is a better spot anywhere in around Croyde each!!
