Refurbished and redesigned this attractive chalet is situated in the peaceful location of Leadengate, a highly desired West Croyde location.You'll have your pick of fascinating days out exploring the area. Why not wander the nearby section of The South West Coast Path and beach by taking in the views on foot? Thanks to the open plan design of the living, kitchen and dining space, Swallows has a spacious feel that makes it perfect for relaxing as a family. On a warm day, you can step straight from the living area and out onto the patio, and that means plenty of opportunity to while away sunny days sitting back in the sun with a glass of something chilled. Bliss.

Open plan Kitchen dining area is well equipped with an electric fan oven, ceramic hob, microwave, 4-slice toaster, fridge freezer and slim line dishwasher as well as a good selection of crockery, cutlery and utensils. Full size white modern dining table seats six. 

Lounge area is the ideal place to unwind on the large leather corner sofa with wonderful views of  'Baggy Point' in the distance through the patio doors that lead to the garden. For your entertainment a wall mounted 32'' LCD Freeview TV with full Netflix access, DVD player, Digital radio, Ipod docking station and selection of board games. 

Utility cupboard with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and other essentials. 

  • Master Bedroom - Double bed, bedside cabinets and a triple wardrobe. 
  • Bedroom Two - Twin beds, bedside table, mirror, chest of drawers and hanging space.
  • Bedroom Three - Twin beds, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and hanging space.

The family bathroom has a white bathroom suite with an electric shower cubicle, W.C, washbasin and storage.  


Fully enclosed garden with established hedge gives privacy whilst being a sun-trap for those who enjoy lazing in the sun. Partly laid to lawn and offers a large patio area with dining table and chairs for the evenings BBQ. 

There is a communal "village green" in the centre of the cul-de-sac, an ideal place for children to play and a small foot path leads to the beach 500 Metres away.

Check-in time is from 4pm and the standard check-out time is 10am.

30% of the rental cost is required to secure the booking with the remaining balance due 7 weeks prior to arrival.

Tripadvisor 5 STAR Review - " Beautiful & Relaxing"

I agree this is a hidden gem. Location, location, location! The house is cozy, super clean, well (new) decorated, stocked all essentials, and gave that "home-away from home" feeling. Access to the beach is as easy as you can get and a beautiful pathway through the dunes. The backyard is perfect for Happy Hours and sunset joy. Access to the little village is a short walk to Billy Buds, the Thatch, Blue Groove, The Manor House, ice cream, a general store, Ralph's Surf Shop for wet suits. Overall a restorative trip with a small village charm. Beautiful house and location. Thank you!

A well maintained, clean and modern park home type chalet

It has a comfy sofa, large TV, good WiFi, plenty of DVDs and games supplied for wet days. The beach is a short walk away but dogs are not allowed between May and Sept inclusive. Dogs are allowed on the beach which is a 10 minute drive south (parking charges apply). It has a secure enclosed garden and patio area for sitting out. Cooking facilities are good and the pubs in the village are a short walk and dog friendly.
