Refurbished and redesigned this attractive chalet is situated in the peaceful location of Leadengate, a highly desired West Croyde location.You'll have your pick of fascinating days out exploring the area. Why not wander the nearby section of The South West Coast Path and beach by taking in the views on foot? Thanks to the open plan design of the living, kitchen and dining space, Swallows has a spacious feel that makes it perfect for relaxing as a family. On a warm day, you can step straight from the living area and out onto the patio, and that means plenty of opportunity to while away sunny days sitting back in the sun with a glass of something chilled. Bliss.

Open plan Kitchen dining area is well equipped with an electric fan oven, ceramic hob, microwave, 4-slice toaster, fridge freezer and slim line dishwasher as well as a good selection of crockery, cutlery and utensils. Full size white modern dining table seats six. 

Lounge area is the ideal place to unwind on the large leather corner sofa with wonderful views of  'Baggy Point' in the distance through the patio doors that lead to the garden. For your entertainment a wall mounted 32'' LCD Freeview TV with full Netflix access, DVD player, Digital radio, Ipod docking station and selection of board games. 

Utility cupboard with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and other essentials. 

  • Master Bedroom - Double bed, bedside cabinets and a triple wardrobe. 
  • Bedroom Two - Twin beds, bedside table, mirror, chest of drawers and hanging space.

The family bathroom has a white bathroom suite with an electric shower cubicle, W.C, washbasin and storage.  

OUTSIDE SPACE

Fully enclosed garden with established hedge gives privacy whilst being a sun-trap for those who enjoy lazing in the sun. Partly laid to lawn and offers a large patio area with dining table and chairs for the evenings BBQ. 

There is a communal "village green" in the centre of the cul-de-sac, an ideal place for children to play and a small foot path leads to the beach 500 Metres away.

Bright, modern, clean, well equipped, warm, perfect beach chalet. Beds are comfy, enough room for the six persons advertised. Great little place, well looked after and well located for local beaches, pubs, surfing and walking. We were impressed to have washing up liquid and very pleased to have tea and coffee - we are easily pleased! There was/is a loose tile in the bathroom that you'll probably want to see to, otherwise, excellent job. Thank you

The Swallows is perfect for a weekend trip to Croyde. The place was lovely and clean and is close to the beach with access through a gate at the bottom of the road! The only thing needed is a place to put wetsuits so that they can dry overnight. Apart from that, we had a wonderful weekend!
