Many thanks for letting us use this beautiful cottage to spend the New Year vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed hiking on the hills and walking on the beaches and the wind sands were a great joy. The simple country food were simply delightful and the people are awfully friendly above all its lovely to be with our daughter. All of these shall give us many wonderful memories after we return to Hong Kong. Wish all a wonderful New Year.

I've just spent a week in Victoria Cottage with my 2 young teenage daughters. It was -4 outside with wind chill and we were still very warm and cosy with radiators everywhere! Situated right in the centre of Croyde so easy to get to all the stunning surrounding beaches. Plenty of places to eat within 5 minute walk but very peaceful location. We've stayed in several places in this area and this is by far our favourite. Had a lovely stay and will definitely book again.

This was the 1st trip away with the girls leaving husband at home. We immediately felt safe and at home when we came into victoria cottage, A trip to Putsborough beach is a must, lovely cafe overlooking the beach. Take a walk up and along Baggy point for stunning views. Pasties at general store next to post office are delicious! cinema in Barnstaple (Scotts) is great! we've stayed in a few places in this area and this is by far our favourite and we'll be back. P.s Thank you for the welcome pack p.p.s walk to Croyde beach going from side of billy buds is lovely.

Amazing weather for March so the beach was great. We really enjoyed Billy Buds play area and mooching about the little shops - The bakers in Brook Stores is fab and the post office had great kids books for us. The cottage is gorgeous, so warm! and in the best location - quiet yet so near everything. We'll be back

we have spent many holidays in Croyde /Braunton area and the cottage is the most lovely, cosy place we have stayed. Everything we needed was to hand and our children said the beds were better than the ones at home! We love Croyde Beach, the Blue Groove, The fabulous pasties at Brook stores and the spectacular Putsborough beach and cosy cafe. We will be back!

We booked a week's holiday, mid June in Croyde. My BF, 10 month old son and I stayed in Victoria Cottage, booked via: croydeholidays The staff were extremely helpful and made our stay extra special with little touches; such as tea, coffee, biscuits and wine on arrival. Plus we were provided with an excellent welcome pack that advised of local activities we could do, come rain or shine. The cottage had everything we needed, and more. A wet room downstairs, outside courtyard with BBQ, DVD's and games, plus all the baby equipment needed to ensure a safe environment for the little one. The two bed cottage is very tastefully decorated, a modern twist but still in keeping with the tradition of a 17th century cottage. The location of Victoria Cottage could not have been more amazing, just round the corner from the local Post Office/bakery, restaurant, ice-cream parlour and surf shop and only a short, beautiful walk to the beach. The beach is outstanding but would also recommend a visit to Putsborough beach and Saunton Sands, beautiful views! We had an amazing meal at therockgeorgeham in the nearby village of Georgeham. By far, THE best meal of our stay in Croyde and the staff were super helpful and friendly plus they helped entertain my little boy and treated him to some chocolate buttons - wish this place was my local!

Very nice cottage with all mod cons to a very high specification, whilst retaining its character.

Location perfect if you are in Devon for the surfing as is walking distance to the beach even with boards.Downstairs wet room ideal for cold wet children coming back from surfing. Rear patio garden a lovely suntrap, washer/dryer very useful. Would visit this cottage again

If we had to build our own English Cottage - It would definitely look like this one!

Although we had lots of luck with the weather (Getting sunburn in September wasn't quite what we expected in Devon) we were especially glad about the well functioning heating (Just incase) The beds were so cosy we didn't want to get up in the morning and having breakfast in the sunny backyard was absolutely amazing. We'd definitely love to come back!

We have been coming to Croyde for a very long time. It is well furnished, clean & well equipped. The location is excellent & though in the heart of the village it is also peaceful. Our stay this time was just as lovely & hope to come back next year.

Weather was gorgeous and the cottage was perfect! Especially loved the bedrooms and wet room. Everything was completely up to standard and we would greatly recommend the Corner Bistro for a proper French breakfast. Ps- love the Netflix PPS the property manager Vicki was great, nothing too much trouble. Thank you.
