Open plan porch area leading into the lounge with two contrasting sofas and large LCD TV with views out onto the front garden. 

The kitchen has crisp clean feel with  integrated hob, electric oven, dishwasher, freestanding fridge freezer, microwave,coffee machine, toaster, kettle as well as all the other essential kitchen utensils you would require, there is even a handy breakfast bar for those lazy mornings.

Conservatory dining room features a large dining table with seating for 8 that enjoys views through the large French doors out onto the rear decking and Croyde fields beyond. 

Downstairs utility with storage, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedroom four leads off from the dining area, with the added benefit of being Ground floor level for limited mobility - Double bed with LCD TV, bedside tables and Ensuite shower room with shower, w.c and washbasin.
