Last minute booking with my two grown up kids, we've been to Croyde tons of times and the important thing for us is the accommodation is walking distance to the beach which this is but on the longer side ( 15 min). Quality fixtures and fittings with washing machine, good dishwasher and a delonghi espresso machine plus cafetiere. Fridge freezer was initially disappointingly small but in practice we fit everything in so not a negative. Plenty of hangers and space in the main bedroom and big ikea chest of drawers. Electric shower and big hot water tank if you want a bath. New picnic table in small back garden which is reachable from the side of the house and has outside tap perfect for rinsing wetsuits and boards. Garage is accessible if you needed to store bikes or boards but we didn't need it. 

Excellent location, 10 minutes to the beach or 10 minutes to the village centre. House was clean and tidy with all basics that you need. Check in was easy. A nice espresso machine always a bonus!
