If you're keen to make the most of the setting and dine al fresco during your holiday, you'll find a table and chairs to make it easy to tuck into those family feasts in the fresh air while the family relax. Tucked away your positioning could not be any greater, as you are in the heart of the village without being disturbed from the hustle and bustle. Fancy a trip to croyde beach, it is a handy 10 minute walk from the cottage giving you the best of both worlds.

Snug room with woodburner feature (not functional) LCD TV with DVD player, double sofa bed and circular dining table seating 4 with views overlooking the front garden.
Spacious farmhouse styled kitchen with large wooden dining table with bench seating, gas Aga, fridge freezer, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine and dishwasher. Fully equipped with all the cooking utensils needed for your stay.
Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and separate bathroom with shower enclosure, toilet and washbasin

For us to comply with Health & Safety regulations all hot tubs are emptied, sanitised and re-filled with fresh water and chemicals before the commencement of every new holiday. Therefore, we are unable to provide any guarantees that the hot tub will be up to full working temperature until the morning after your arrival.
Where possible our service providers will endeavour to prepare your hot tub in advance, Thank you.

Croyde Holidays were great - We had a wonderful holiday!
We had a wonderful holiday! The property was generally
lovely, full of character, amazing location (literally just off the
main high street), high touch point areas were clean &
facilities were brilliant. It did however feel like it needed a
touch up of the paint/decor and a deep clean…ie skirting boards,
towel rails & windows (inside & out) were dirty, carpets
stained in places, behind the cushions on the sofa there was
chocolate wrappers, dirt, toys etc from previous
guests.
Hot tub was lovely & clean. Would be good if it had a
shelter so we could go in it when raining & in the hot midday
sun. Given the additional cost it would have been nice to be able
to make the most of it regardless of the weather.
Croyde Holidays were great (customer service were fab!) and
the property manager was really quick to respond when I messaged
her.

Very quiet and well equipped. The gardens were enclosed and safe for dogs. The hot tub was brilliant.

Brilliant location with parking for at least two cars. Well kitted out property with plenty of space for families. Easy access to private garden and hot tub. Plenty of space to hose down wetsuits and boards..
Our second visit and we’d happily go back.
A lovely spacious cottage with a fantastic farmhouse style kitchen. Everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxed stay for our party if 6 adults. Great parking and lovely outdoor space with all day sun. If you like coffee, bring Nespresso pods with you so that you can use the machine provided. Secure back garden for dogs. Perfect central village location close to everything you might need. Our second visit and we'd happily go back.

Hot tub was great and location could not get any better!! Set back off the road so feels quiet and very private but right off the high street!! Definitely come back here again!
Great Location!
Great location in centre of Croyde, but quiet too. Beautifully clean and presented and well stocked with everything you need. A great base for a family and children.
Excellent Location
This property is right in the heart of the village. The bakery and Post Office are within view of the cottage. The beach is a few minutes walk away. We can fully recommend the pizza from the pop up van in the village.

The property was lovely & spacious, making it ideal for a break with family/friends & dog. Lovely convenient location in Croyde, with short walk to shops & beach, and within easy distance of local towns, with regular bus service. Property manager was very helpful & we had a wonderful stay despite the storms.

What a great location, along with such a great place for my whole family. This was truly a fantastic place to stay for the whole family with plenty on room and bar far one of the best locations in the whole of the bay
A wonderful comfy cottage in the heart of the village.
Parking for three or four cars and very well equipped throughout. Was able to cook a full Christmas dinner without any bother! The hot tub was perfect. Plenty of living space and everything you need for a warm and cosy winter break. A fully equipped kitchen / utility room, which made catering for all the family needs easy. Two minute to three pubs and the village shops and ten minutes from the beach on foot - perfect! Dog friendly as the back garden is enclosed and there are no carpets downstairs, so no need to worry about muddy paws.

I would highly reccomend this delightful cottage within the village of Croyde.The cottage was lovely and clean and welcoming for our arrival. Very impressed. Beautifully presented with all the home comforts and first class facilities to make you feel welcome..Great restaurants in the village and a handy local shop. We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the perfect week! the property is really lovely, sparkling clean, easy to find, minutes walk from pubs, tea rooms and the beach. The garden was secure for our dog and the hot tub is not over looked at all. I'd highly recommend this property for families and for couples and will definitely be coming back to the gorgeous house and idyllic village.
