Take a walk along Putsborough beach which is accessed down the slip way from the apartment or why not enjoy a coastal walk to Woolacombe before returning back at the end of the day and introducing the children to delights that they have an on site indoor heated swimming pool and toddler pool to use. Magical holiday memories are created here year after year with many repeat guests, and apartment 15 has helped make that happen!

The elevated and open plan kitchen diner provides the ultimate 'WOW' factor with the living area below and incredible sea views creates that magical moment of realising you are in paradise !
Dining area seats 4 at the circular table and the modern styled kitchen enjoys views overlooking the lounge, terrace and Putsborough beach. Free-standing fridge freezer, electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave with ample crockery and cutlery for your holiday.
The lounge is comfortably furnished relax on one of two comfortable leather sofas and enjoy the entertainment that includes a Freeview LCD TV, DVD player, CD player, board games and a selection of DVDs.
Sliding patio doors onto the private large sun terrace and spectacular views of the award winning Putsborough beach and the 3 mile stretch to Woolacombe. Patio furniture is provided so you can unpack, relax and unwind with a glass of wine or evening meal to watch one of many fabulous sunsets....GO ON.....your on holiday!
OUTSIDE SPACE
Communal indoor heated swimming pool available all year plus separate children's pool, shower and changing rooms are available free of charge within the apartment development. Complex utility on site with coin operated tumble dryers. Cold outside shower for washing wetsuits and sand in the car park and bike store rack.
Putsborough beach shop and cafe for breakfast, lunch or a light snack overlooking the waves from the terrace. Beach equipment, Surfboards, body boards and wetsuits can be hired too.
No bbq's are allowed at the Apartments, But BBQs are permitted on the beach (Please help keep North Devon tidy)

Holiday Cottages with swimming pools
The indoor heated swimming pool and children's pool are available for use all year and all hours, both are checked regularly for compliance to Health and Safety regulations. Occasionally the pool maybe required to close for short periods for essential maintenance, where possible we will update you in advance.

Good property, great location
Fabulous views across putsborough, with an amazing large balcony.
A fabulous place to stay. The apartment is well presented and the balcony and views are incredible. You won't want to go home!
This was our 2nd stay in Clifton Court --
This was our 2nd stay in Clifton Court -- a different unit
than last time. There were some pros and cons when we compared the
two but overall this unit worked well for our family of 5. It was
clean and accessible slightly earlier than the projected time frame
which was a welcome surprise.
Pros: Large outdoor space and living room/lounge area; open
and elevated kitchen allowed for gorgeous views and contact with
the rest of the family; kitchen was generally well kitted except
for a few minor items; both bedrooms were decent size and multiple
bathrooms were handy. Drying rack was a lifesaver!
Cons: bedrooms at back of unit so no view from them and
slightly harder to cool down; kitchen missing a few handy items
such as coffeemaker (there was a french press) and thermos to take
to beach plus short on bowls for our family of 5; no dryer for
laundry so needed to utilize the dryer for the complex; main
complaint honestly is a small one -- there were no games, books,
puzzles or dvds in the unit. A previous unit we rented here had an
entire bookcase of these items which were very welcome as we
traveled internationally. No larger table for the patio -- just 2
cafe tables that you can bring outside.
The main feature, for any of these units, is the view. And
that was there in abundance!! And all the space on the patio
allowed the whole family to enjoy it at the same time.
