Lovely location, amazing sunsets, bed really comfy, kitchen and apartment had everything you could need.

.Lovely little flat which had everything we needed. The swimming pool was a fabulous bonus.

This is a super place for a couple or a small family. The pool is a great addition and the beach is close by. I would not recommend it for 4 adults though.

Thanks very much, the swimming pool and access to the beach was fantastic, we enjoyed the pool a lot! You might want to bring a several towels by yourself as only 1 hand towel will be provided.

The apartment had everything we needed, was very clean and the communication was very good.

The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen is well equipped. The location is fantastic, although the lack of views from the apartment is disappointing. The beach is a very short walk, but the walk is seriously steep, which is challenging with young children as we found. It wouldn't be possible for anyone with mobility issues. There also isn't a path so you have to walk on the road.

The swimming pool is a fantastic addition and we made great use of it. It was clean and a good temperature.

We requested a few items for our children in advance and communication before we arrived was great. We were disappointed that the cot wasn't set up for us, especially as we were not able to check in until 6pm. The high chair was also in a box on top of the wardrobe.
One issue we had was the there are no curtains in the twin bedroom which was for our children, just a Venetian blind which did not keep out light at all. We messaged the manager of the apartment and were told there was nothing they could do and that we should go out and buy a blackout blind which we thought was ridiculous. There was nothing in the listing of the apartment about lack of curtains.

Well located apartment for Putsborough beach

Better than expected. Stayed 1 week - great weather. Whole apartment clean. Well equipped kitchen & little extras like tin foil, sandwich bags, baby spoons etc all there. Washing up liquid, toilet roll, hand wash all included. Housekeeper Sally quick to respond to any questions you may have. Coffee maker is a plunger style for ground coffee. Provided us with Mamas & Papas baby bud booster seat with tray and travel cot, both excellent condition. Swimming pool warm, very close to apartment. Warm enough for our 10mo without her wetsuit on. Short walk down to Putsborough beach.WIFI great, Great base to explore the area. Highly recommend

A lovely little place to stay, barely even a 5 minute walk away to the beach.
