A really lovely spacious house with a lovely garden and hot tub. We all enjoyed our holiday, with ages ranging from 5 to 70 it suited us all.

Ladywell is a large property which suited our family and allowed us to have our own space and to come together also. Perfect location in Croyde. Very modern and clean property. Would recommend for all ages (0-100!).

We have just returned from spending a week over Christmas at Ladywell House. We were a group of 11 family and friends and the house was simply perfect. They provide everything you could possibly need. The hot tub was an added bonus, the pool and football table were great fun. The bedrooms were beautifully  furnished and we had the best time here. We will certainly be back.

We went down as a group of 12 mixed couples and singletons! We had an amazing time staying here, the showers could take all of us showering after a surf without any problems. It was great that ice was left in the fridge for us and the lighting around the hot tub in the evening was lovely. All the cooking facilities were perfect for 12 people the pots could actually hold enough food for everyone The surplus of sofas and blankets lead to really cosey morning and evenings as a full group. The hot tub was a delight, and there is plenty of space for enough food for 5 nights for 12 of us! The location is really good to pop into the village and grab an ice cream a pasty and all the other delights

Excellent house in a great location

We came here during the heat wave, so going down to the beach morning or late afternoon woeked well. Beach and rockpools great for the younger children. Would recommend Watermouth family theme park and castle, lots to do for all ages. Boat ride in Ilfracombe if you like finding sea glass Hele beach is the place to go. 

The house is really nice and good location, hot tub great for the evenings. BBQ and pizza oven a big yes from all of us. Garden safe with two small grandchildren. A quick response from Rachel about the freezer and a new replacement was delivered. We all enjoyed our stay at Ladywell House. Thank you

Three years we've been coming to Croyde for our family holiday. Each year we have booked through Croyde Holidays. Ladywell was the third different property we have stayed at. Every year just gets better!! Ladywell is incredible. So close to the heart of Croyde. Ideal for large groups. The management team responded to queries quickly. From booking to pre-arrival, right through to our last day, the whole experience was fantastic.we will be booking Ladywell for next year for sure

Ladywell was the perfect fit for our family, very child and dog friendly with lots of space to run around. The kitchen was fantastic the huge island made prepping dinner more fun! Had everything we needed, garden enclosed and not overlooked hot tub area was amazing with the fire pit as well. Would definitely recommend and we will be sure to book in the future! 

The location of Ladywell is perfect. The property is safe for children, pets and ideal for elderly family members.  

Lovely spacious accomodation, full of home comforts. Well situated for quick 10 minute walk to the beach. Definitely recommended.

Ladywell house is a very spacious accommodation, perfect for hosting an extended family or for two young families to share. The kitchen was extremely well equipped - especially if you like to self cater. The pool table and hot tub are nice additions and worth the money. Location is perfect and very quiet. It's in walking distance to good pubs and the excellent New Coast Kitchen restaurant. Everyone enjoyed the long weekend staying here and we would go back again.

My family & I have just spent 4 nights in this amazingly spacious & well-equipped property. A perfect location for a gentle stroll to the beach & just a hop, skip & a jump to the local pub & village. I found the history surrounding Cott Lane really interesting after staying there during my childhood. St. Helen's Well (a destination for pilgrims in time gone by) is situated behind Ladywell's garden wall & the remains of St. Helen's Priory is hidden in a private garden at the edge of the lane. Fascinating for anyone interested in local history. We had the best time & wished we could have stayed longer. Communication has been excellent from start to finish. We had the best family time. The house suited all of our needs. Just wish we could afford it in the summer !!! Thank you for your great customer service.

My friends and I had a wonderful week there, it's clean, spacious and has great amenities. The location is perfect for trips to the beach and exploring local towns. Overall we had an amazing time and are already talking about booking again. Thank you to the team for a great stay.

This place is great, it is right in the middle of croyde so only a couple of minutes walk from the bars and restaurants in Croyde whilst also feeling quiet and private in the garden (making it fairly safe for storing surf boards). It's a fairly quick walk to the main entrance to the beach as well. The hot tub is also a very worthwhile addition!

Great house with loads of space. Lovely garden and hot tub. Tucked away in a quiet side road but just a short stroll to the pub and small shops. Nice distance from the beach. Would definitely recommend. very helpful emails before the trip with clear instructions and contact details if any issues.

The pictures do not do it justice, we were a group of 9 adults and never felt on top of each other , In fact we never really used one of the sitting rooms.
We played many games , a pool tournament and kubb ( you need this game ) tournament, cooked and ate delicious meals , surfed and swam and sat in the hot tub putting the world to rights.
It was a great place for my 60 th .. maybe for my 61th too. Hopefully we can come back soon.

Lovely well-equipped property, in great location. The rooms are all a great size, comfortable beds, having all the Sky channels was great, lovely sharp cooking knives, hot tub was lovely and worth the extra money. All very clean, and nice welcoming touch of bottle of champagne and handwritten welcome message. Communication was good. It is expensive, but we had a great week so for us was worth it.

Ladywell is a lovely house in a superb position with quick access to the village amenities. For a small village, Croyde has excellent pubs/restaurants and you get plenty of choice. 8 of us stayed ranging in age from 68 to 4 and we all found lots to do. There is more than enough space for everyone, all rooms are large and kitchen and bathrooms are high quality. We would recommend this house for a large family holiday.

Booking was very easy, all done online. We had a wonderful holiday here; couldn't fault it. The owners left wine in the fridge, flowers on the table and cakes in the kitchen for our arrival. It was just wonderful.

Overall this house was well equipped for a large family of various ages.The beds were clean and comfortable and on a whole the house was above expectations.

A very spacious cottage in a lovely village very near the sea. In the summer the garden would be lovely as very private

The agent was very helpful and checked up on details (such as wheelchair access) promptly. A good venue for large groups. The facilities are very good; we enjoyed playing pool, using the games provided, the hot-tub and the outdoor eating opportunities in the garden. The area is fabulous with plenty to see and do; Croyde is small but it has excellent pub/restaurants.

A stunning house with plenty of space for families to share and to get away from each other. Beds are extremely comfortable and was exceptionally clean. Easy walk into town and to the beach. Highly recommend this house for families and friends sharing.
