Attractive & Spacious Family Retreat in Croyde

The house is immaculate. 4 adults and we all had a comfortable bedroom each. 2 bathrooms was ideal for us all. The kitchen has been very well stocked with lots of crockery and cutlery. 10 minute walk to beach, beach cafe and pub. Extremely clean and tidy and the garden is private and sunny. Beautiful views over the North Devon countryside. Area has loads to visit and Croyde was quiet and unspoiled. We visited the week before May half term so not sure how busy it would be when the children are on school holidays. Parking was never an issue wherever we went.

Rockpool is a lovely, comfortable property in a beautiful quiet location. Well equipped and well maintained.

Great house in a good location 5min walk from the beach and the village for all it has to offer. Bed linen was clean and fresh and all the floors & bathrooms were clean. Plenty of parking also for 2 cars.

Great 3 night stay in Rockpool Croyde, loved the location and the house itself. Parking was fine (1 large car). House had everything we needed. Handy outside shower for rinsing wetsuits etc. nice outside dining area and lovely kitchen/diner inside. Lounge was very comfy. Bedrooms good sizes and beds comfy. Definitely recommended.

Modern house within walking distance of both the village centre and the beach. The house has plenty of downstairs space and a huge deck for relaxing and outdoor dining. My family thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Lovely, clean, comfortable, well maintained and well equipped cottage in a peaceful location with lovely views. Walking distance from the beach as well as the village pubs, shops and craft markets. We've stayed here many times and hopefully there will be many more visits to come.

Perfect house for our extended family. Searched for years to find it. Stairs apportioned nicely. Bedrooms perfect well positioned. Kitchen big enough and large lounge and parking for 2 cars. All comforts of home..but one niggle the two slice toaster was totally too small for 7 people. Looking forward to returning this year. 

Perfect house in a great location. Good sized bedrooms and was ideal for a surfing trip with a really good sized garage to store wetsuits and rental surfboards. Not that we used the BBQ, but it wasn't left in an ideal state.

Great venue and well equipt house - apart from corkscrew, couldnt find it ! lol

Property was nice and clean, outside seating area could possibly do with some lights.

Great spot not too far from the beach. Ticked all the boxes and we really enjoyed our stay. Easy instructions. Kitchen had pretty much everything we'd need.

Lovely, spacious, modern, well equipped and comfortable cottage in a great location. Peaceful and scenic surroundings and easy walking distance to the beach and the village. We have been coming to Rockpool every May for 10 years now, bar the COVID years,  and it's like home from home to us all. We love it here!

A fantastic, well equipped house. Rockpools was clean and well presented and plenty big enough for our family of 5 adults and 2 children. Be aware that restaurants etc in Croyde close at 9.00pm

Agent Note -Due to Covid-19 many of the eateries in Croyde are choosing to close earlier than they would have pre-pandemic.

The house was immaculate and smelt clean. Hand wash was provided.  Croyde is a beautiful village. The beach is glorious. However there is little else in the village so you do have to travel for other entertainment.

well equipped with many thoughtful features. Easy walking distance to the beach and village. Straight forward booking, plenty of information about property and what we needed to know.

Probably the best equipped kitchen in terms of cooking equipment we have ever had. Not a huge garden but it is a good sun trap and all rooms have great views of either the fields to the rear or the sea to the front.

We've stayed at Rockpool for the last six years and it's like home from home for that special week in May.  We love it and we're already looking forward to next year

A very well equipped and clean house. Close enough to the beach to walk even with young children. Would definitely go back. We had a lovely time even though the weather wasn't great.

A clean, comfortable and safe holiday cottage close to the beach and all other amenities. Well fitted out and big enough for our party of 7 without feeling enclosed. Would recommend and would stay again.
